Concrete Concepts of the Tri-State

"Rehab, redesign, renew" is the motto for Frank Davidson's business Concrete Concepts of the Tri-State.  It might also be the motto for Frank Davidson himself since during the past year he has had to do some "redesigning" of his life.

In early 2009, he knew his job as a DHL pilot in Wilmington would probably come to an end sometime in 2010; he was faced with the decision as to what would be he could do to provide for his family.

Frank's challenge was to find a new profession.  He did considerable research as to what jobs would be good in the new economy and came up with "concrete."  He said, he "looked around, and everyone has concrete, and concrete needs to be rehabbed, cracks need to be fixed, and broken edgings need repair." His research lead him to Concrete Technologies inc., a 20 year old company based out of Largo Florida, that was putting a new look on old and tired concrete. The CTi product is a color enhanced modified acrylic cement that goes down on the existing concrete - the product is twice the strength of normal concrete.  It is non-porous, making it resistive to salt, alkaline, mold, mildew, motor oil, and it is slip and skid resistance.  The colors and designs are unlimited and don't fade.  This surface is 40 percent cooler than concrete, making it very compatible for pool areas. Frank also works on regular concrete projects as well, such as patios, driveways, and walkways.

As we move into the time of the year that we look to repairs and remodeling around our homes, Frank Davidson invites you to consider his product for your concrete and rehab, redesign, and renew.
